An Acute Care Engagement Solution​ brings together the three main groups of people involved when someone is admitted to an acute care facility: the staff, the patient, and the patient’s friends and family. Each of these groups has a stake in the outcome and the same goal: a positive outcome for the patient.

Unfortunately, technology to serve and “engage” each of these stakeholders has been, up until now, a hodgepodge of different commodity solutions by different vendors that provide either staff focused solutions, patient engagement solutions, or public facing solutions – none of which integrate or work cooperatively.
